Hi, I'm Lucas!

I founded Lucid Meditation™ in 2012 with the simple idea of making Meditation easy, enjoyable, and accessible to everyone and anyone.

My techniques and approach are sound based. I believe that sound vibration creates every aspect of our reality, and by learning to use sound deliberately we can manifest anything we desire.

Meditation is essentially learning to focus. Using sound I teach people how to take control of their thoughts, which leads to control of emotions, which results in control of outcomes.

My mission is to help as many people as possible to feel empowered in their meditation practice so they can connect with their highest truth & purpose.
