Toning is a technique used in Lucid Meditation for it’s maximum cleansing and clearing abilities. Vibration can access areas of the body, subtle body, Chakras, Aura, and mind that no other medium can. When you Tone, you are creating an audible sound that creates a vibration within your body. You will be toning with the sound “OAM”. ​
