Ever feel like a shower isn't enough? Every day we are exposed to thousands of sounds, images, smells and energies. (Yes, even in quarantine via media, telepathy, and spiritually). If we don't consciously clear and cleanse these energies, then they get stuck in our Subtle body, Aura, and our Subconscious. I'm guessing you shower every day (or for the real hippies every couple days... ) but how often do you shower your energy?
